ESATA'S Principal, Tim Gaspard Willie has over 20 years Big 4 Experience.  Tim is an associate member of the Federation of Tax Advisers.  He has over 30 years tax experience.  During this period he has worked with the Inland Revenue and Accountancy firms.  His long experience spans all aspects of personal taxation, including self assessment, capital taxation and self-employment arrangements.  For the past 20 years he has specialized in Expatriate taxation with two of the Big 4 Accountancy firms, firstly on compliance matters for international assignees and for the last six years as a consultant, advising employers on numerous international tax planning arrangements, to minimize their tax and social security exposure.
